Lawrence founded Støne Group out of Dubai following 15 years of industry-specific experience in executive protection and risk advisory, to serve Fortune 100 companies, family offices, and organisations operating in demanding environments across Africa and the Middle East.

He has worked with over 10% of the Fortune 100 across 65 nations, integrating operationally with more than 250 senior security professionals across the blue-chip, UHNW family office, and risk management sectors. Lawrence has led protection teams through historic IPOs and unicorn-stage expansions, and held a security directorate position at one of China's largest technology companies.

Axel leads Result Group, one of Germany's most respected global risk and crisis consultancies, with 30 years of operational history. A recognised security expert and regular media commentator, he oversees corporate intelligence, crisis management, travel security, and executive protection engagements across Europe and internationally.

As Managing Director & CEO, Axel has built Result Group's reputation on OSINT and corporate intelligence capability, crisis and kidnap response, and a dedicated training and awareness academy that has shaped security practice across the European theatre.
